Return and Refund Policy

The Basic Esthetics Program consists of 600 scheduled clock hours. Refunds are calculated based on the percentage of program hours completed at the time of a student’s official withdrawal or administrative dismissal.

• Up to 25% completed (1–150 hours): The school retains 25% of total tuition
• Over 25% up to 50% completed (151–300 hours): The school retains 50% of total tuition
• Over 50% up to 75% completed (301–450 hours): The school retains 75% of total tuition
• Over 75% completed (451+ hours): The school retains 100% of total tuition; no refund is owed

The $1,500 seat reservation deposit is non-refundable and is applied toward total tuition. 

Refund calculations are based on tuition earned, not payment method. Students may still owe a balance if earned tuition exceeds payments made at the time of withdrawal or dismissal.

Any refund due will be issued within 30 calendar days of the student’s official withdrawal or administrative dismissal.
